At Sarona, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a flexible refund policy. Please read below for details.

We accept returns for refund or exchange if:

• The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed.
• You request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note: Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

To begin the return process:

2. Our team will guide you through the return process, including any necessary return forms or labels.

3.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

• Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
• International Returns: All international returns are the responsibility of the customer, including any duties or taxes related to the return shipping.

4.⁠ ⁠Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

6.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items

If your sarong arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.
