1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.
• Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as customs processing.
For international shipping, please contact me and I will get pricing from courier.
3. Shipping Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, and additional taxes may apply based on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered in our shipping fees.
5. Address Changes and Delivery Issues
• Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. For address changes after placing your order, contact us at hello@saronacollection.co.za as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes cannot be guaranteed after shipping.
• Delivery Issues: If you experience issues with delivery, contact us at hello@saronacollection.co.za with your order details. We will work with our carriers to resolve any delivery issues.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive for safe and reliable delivery, in the rare event your package is lost or damaged, please reach out within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist with tracking or filing claims with the carrier as needed.
