Welcome to Sarona! By purchasing products from Sarona, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date purchase and account information. Sarona reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including cases where inaccuracies or errors in pricing, availability, or other details are identified.
2. Products and Pricing
Sarona offers a curated collection of sarongs made from 100% viscose. We aim to provide accurate descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are complete or error-free. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Order Processing and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at checkout. Your order will be processed upon successful payment authorization. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience processing delays.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders locally. For international orders please contact me directly and I will get pricing. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Sarona is not liable for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Sarona purchase! If you’re unsatisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in its original condition and unworn.
• To initiate a return: Contact us at hello@saronacollection.co.za with your order number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Note: Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sarona website, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Sarona. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sarona is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
